The week was punctuated by lectures given by teachers and guest speakers. During this year edition, we had a chance to participate in the conference "Interculturality in workspaces" presented by Professors Aicha OUMESSAOUD and Louise COLLING.
Together with our professors and partner universities, we learnt that the Interculturality in workspaces is a valuable asset that brings numerous benefits to individuals and organizations.
By embracing diversity and inclusion, organizations can foster creativity, innovation, and a strong work culture. The exchange of ideas and practices among individuals from different cultures leads to personal and professional growth
Additionally, interculturality enables the building of global networks, opening doors to new opportunities and collaborations, engaged reputation. Embracing interculturality is not only essential for success in today's globalized world but also for creating a more inclusive and harmonious society.
