Zineb AOUNI is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at ICN Business School. She has over twenty years of experience in coaching and teaching entrepreneurship. Zineb AOUNI earned her doctorate in entrepreneurship from HEC Liège and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the European Microfinance Research Center (CERMi) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Her experience includes holding international managerial positions in higher education and assuming pedagogical responsibilities as a program director for Masters, EMBA, and executive programs. She has also been actively involved in launching multiple programs and initiatives for entrepreneurs. Zineb AOUNI’s research primarily focuses on innovation processes and entrepreneurship education. One of her significant contributions is the understanding of the cognitive mechanisms of investors toward hybrid organizations within crowdfunding platforms.
