Dr. Antonino Ardilio is a graduate in product design from the State Academy of Art and Design Stuttgart and mechanical engineering from the University in Stuttgart, where he was awarded a doctorate in 2013. He has been with the Fraunhofer Institute for the last 15 years and holds the Head of the Department of Technology Management. Dr. Ardilio is an expert in Technology management issues, such as Foresight monitoring, Strategic Mangement, Technology forecasting, -assessment and -marketing, Innovation Management and Business Model Engineering.
As a delegate for the Fraunhofer Scientific and Technical Council he provides advice to the Executive Board and other constituent bodies of the Fraunhofer society in matters of fundamental importance. Numerous national and international research and industrial projects have yielded much experience, fully qualifying him in the field of Technology and Innovation Management. He has teaching posts at the applied university of Esslingen, the graduate school Ostalb, the ICN Graduate Business School (Nancy, France) for strategic Technology Management.
