Nuno Guimaraes da Costa is an associate professor at ICN Business School, after being Academic and Research Director of the School between academic years 2016/17 and 2018/19 and a Visiting Scholar for the Albert P. Viragh Institute for Ethics in Business @ Duquesne University, USA. He is Secretary General of Apheleia – Humanities Association for Cultural Integrated Landscape Management, a global research network affiliated to CIPSH-UNESCO and MOST-UNESCO BRIDGES. He holds a HDR (Habilitation à diriger des recherches) from IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and a MBA and a MSc in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal. His research interests combine the fields of sustainability and business ethics, through the lenses of institutionalism, liminality and identity. Nuno Guimarães da Costa is now mainly concerned with institutional change for sustainability. He is Associate Editor of Business and Society Review and serves at the editorial board of the International Journal of Education in Ethics. He has been serving as guest editor for the Journal of Cleaner Production and Business & Society. He has published in Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Organisational Dynamics, European Management Review, Revue de l’Organisation Responsible, Culture and Organisation, and Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie et de Gestion des Comportements Organisationnels, amongst others. He has also published several chapters in management related books, including the entry on Springer’s Encyclopedia of UN’s Sustainable Development Goal, on transdisciplinary collaborations for the SDGs..
