Doctor of Economics, Doctor of Management Sciences and associate of Management sciences, Dominique Roux has carried out his career at HEC and Université Paris-Dauphine, where he has been a professor since 1982. He created the Magisterium of management Sciences and the Master “management of telecommunications and new media”, which he still manages. A member of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority from 1997 to 2005, he was then appointed, in 2004, as a member of the Internet Advisory Council to the French government, then, he became in 2006, a member of the Strategic Committee for the Digital Economy chaired By the Prime Minister. Dominique Roux is also a founding member of the Circle of economists, and served as president of Bolloré Télécom from 2007 to 2014. He has written about twenty books on economics, telecommunications and management.
Currently Director of the Chair of Digital economics at the University of Paris Dauphine.
